Awesome Sea World Parks Discount Codes and Promos

For several years now we have made Sea World San Diego one of our preferred stops during summer vacation – and the one thing we have learned is that you never have to pay full price for a ticket.  There are several ways to get discounts and promos so you can get anywhere from a free kid’s ticket to 20% off — and sometimes even go completely free altogether.  So, although we migrated from Southern California to Oklahoma a couple years ago, we will still be going there this year.  For the whole family, its virtually a guaranteed success.

Not only does Sea World San Diego have great shows, live animal feeding participation, and a few great rides that will get you wet, but they also have a HUGE play area for kids.    All in all, with the price of amusement parks nowadays, this seems to have stayed more reasonable than some of the others.   We have not yet been to other Sea World locations, but if they are like San Diego’s Sea World Park they should be awesome.

Here are the three best Sea World promos and discounts I’ve found for Sea World in 2010:

1.  “Here’s to the Heroes 2010″  – By far the best promotion is for family members of the military and throughout 2010, members of the military and as many as three direct dependents may enter SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or Sesame Place parks with a single-day complimentary admission.  Absolutely free.

2.  McDonalds Promo -If you have kids, its the next best 2010 Sea World promo I’ve found besides getting in free with the military discount.  If you buy one adult ticket you get the child’s ticket free… and not only that, but the adult ticket is for the child’s price ($10 discount!).  It’s from a Southern California McDonalds, so I’m not sure if it works for Sea World San Antonio or Sea World Orlando.  Enter Code in the upper right of webpage: swcmcdonaldsla10 expires 9/30/2010.

3. Pepsi/Ralphs Customer Discount -  Use code: swcpepsiralphs10 for a discounted price of $49.95 for both adult and child single admission prices.  Tickets are regularly $69/$59 respectively, so it’s not a bad deal.

Also, don’t forget to check the website for their deals on multi-day passes, admission pass upgrades (like the “silver pass”, which offers free parking and discounts on merchandise and food.) Plus, they have other dining options like the “Dine all Day” – which is a single price option for dining the entire day.  (Perfect for big eaters like growing boys!)

Sea World is an awesome place for the whole family to have fun and, unlike many other amusement parks, they are a part of Anheuser Busch and sell beer throughout the park.  But don’t worry, it’s big on family so you won’t see people going overboard without security escorting them away.  Go to Sea World’s website to enter your code of choice and check out their other deals.
