The division of which you are a member or have accessed this link, may or may not offer items for sale–but in all cases our Privacy Policy remains the same. Income Garden, LLC (including GreatIncomeIdeas.com and FreeSurveyCenter.com) would like to share our policies on information gathering, security, privacy, unsolicited mail, returns, etc….

• Your Personal Information: All of our sites use forms for information and product ordering. Personal information collected on our contact forms, including name, address, email address, phone numbers, payment information, etc, are used for the following:  order processing, order delivery, and to send our member/customer/subscriber mail and e-mail.   We will never at any time independently sell, rent or share any of this information with any other person or company.  Occasionally however, you’re information may be transferred via affiliate link initiated by the registered party (you).  Information will not automatically be transferred to our affiliates unless initiated by the originating party (you).  Financial information submitted by our customers for the purpose of purchasing products, will be used only for the sole purpose of purchasing the products selected by that customer.  We also take precautions to ensure the safety and security of your credit card transactions (see “Security”)
• Security: When purchasing something online, all orders are processed using SSL technology via secure server. When you submit  your credit card information or other sensitive information, the 128-bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) connection scrambles or encrypts your information before it is sent to us over the Internet. This protects your credit card information from being read while it is transferred.   SSL  is supported by most frame-enabled browsers and, depending on your browser, you will know you are in a secure area by seeing “https” or, seeing a key or padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser noting your transaction is secure.  Although no security can be guaranteed 100%, our site has taken extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
• Unsolicited email: We hate spam.  We do not use, nor will we ever use or condone the use of unsolicited bulk email.  All complaints will be taken seriously.  Any valid complaints against any of our affiliates or associates will be cause for immediate cancellation of their account(s). Please report any incidents of unsolicited email coming from or mentioning GreatIncomeIdeas.com, FreeSurveyCenter.com (formerly dontgetsurveyscammed.com) or IncomeGarden.net domain to cdwatson@incomegarden.net for personal and direct response. Matters of this nature are expedited to insure complete compliance of federal law and prevent further fraud.
• Return Policies:  If you bought something from Income Garden, LLC or any company wholly owned by them and you’re not 100% satisfied, please let us know!  Return it withing the guarantee period.  No questions asked.  Income Garden, LLC makes it a business practice to recommend or work only with affiliates who adhere to the same standards, however Income Garden, LLC cannot guarantee other company’s business practices and suggest you verify other companies policies on their own sites before you purchase anything online.
• Subscribe/Unsubscribe: We offer many free newsletters, e-zines, e-courses and special offers.  Income Garden, LLC/GreatIncomeIdeas.com never rents or sells their lists to anyone.  You may, however see advertised sponsors in each issue and from time to time send special alerts and promotion / sale announcements to our subscribers.  (Average quarterly) Subscribers may opt-out of receiving any future messages any time by replying to the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each communication, or by sending an e-mail to cdwatson@incomegarden.net from the address which they subscribed.
•  Cookies: What are Cookies?  Cookies are small bits of data that your web browser collects and stores on your hard drive. Great Income Ideas/Income Garden, LLC owned sites use cookies for reasons including: member recognition (so you don’t have to put in your password every time), links to various affiliate programs to ensure proper commission tracking, and pop-up windows containing special/limited offers.  
• Message Boards/Forums: Income Garden, LLC owned sites may make available a message boards and/or discussion forums.  Should you choose to participate, please remember that any information that is disclosed in that area becomes public information.   Caution should be exercised when deciding to disclose any of your personal information in such arena.
• Sponsors and Affiliates:  Although we try to monitor the quality of our sponsors and/or affiliates to the best of our ability, the Great Income Ideas.com/Income Garden, LLC privacy policy is not transferable to any of the sponsors or affiliates.   Sponsors and/or affiliates accessed through links provided have their own privacy policies and should be reviewed for individual acceptance of policy or recent changes therein.
• Children Under 13:  Income Garden, LLC is targeted toward adults 18 years and older, but there may be instances where age-appropriate, legal material is made available to children under the age of 18.  However, under no circumstances should minors under 13, be accessing our website to become members, provide information, or facilitate transactions in any manner.  Income Garden, LLC believes in protecting the privacy of children online. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and especially from children under the age of 13 — EVER.  If we are made aware we have personal information on a child under 13 it will be deleted from our systems.
