Giveaway Rules and Terms
At Every Kind of Mom we have GiveAways and Contests (G/C) from time to time. Number of entries and methods of entering are clearly stated for each individual GiveAway/Contest on the main page on which it is listed, and may vary.
Winners – GiveAway/Contest winner(s) be be drawn the day following the end date for the G/C. There are certain instances when the actual drawing may be postponed due to acts of God, server issues, mechanical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the drawing to be held on schedule. In the event this happens,we will strive to conduct the drawing as soon as possible and normally within 24-48 hours.
Selection of Winner – Winner will be selected on the date posted for each individual G/C using random.org in the following manner:
1. Should the number of individual entrants (not number of entries) be less than 25 individuals/entities, entries will be assigned alphanumeric designator and will be hand-entered into random.org’s List Randomizer. Winner will be selected using this method, whereas the entry placement ranked in the number one position will be deemed the prize winner. In this case, however, no record or the actual randomization will be kept on permanent file.
2. Should the number of entries exceed 25 individuals/entities,random.org’s Third Party Draw Service will be ulitilized and record kept on file by Random.org.
Notification of Winners & Forfeiture of Prize – Winners will be posted immediately following the drawing on the Everykindofmom.com Blog. Winner will also be notified by email, and may be notified by the social media ID recorded for such entry. In the event no contact or incorrect contact information was left by the contest winner, and/or prize is not claimed within 30 days, the drawing will be re-held withexisting entrants to select a replacement winner. At the time the replacement winner is selected, original winner wholly and completely forfeits their right to the prize.
Delivery of Prize – Except when specifically indicated on main entry page of individual G/C, prize will be shipped directly to the entrant as soon as possible after receiving shipping information from the winner, usually within 24-48 hours. Prize will be shipped via standard USPS shipping unless indicated otherwise. In the event the sponsor of the actual prize is a third party (manufacturer, retailer,or agent thereof) and they have not yet made available the prize by contest end, contest winner agrees to give Every Kind of Mom.com 25 business days to resolve the issue. In the event product is not delivered within 10 business days to Every Kind of Mom for shipping and delivery to contest winner, Every Kind of Mom will make every effort to obtain the prize by purchasing outright on the retail market for prompt delivery. Circumstances as such do not normally occur, but occasionally happen due to shipping, inventory and other issues outside of our direct control. Additionally, in the event the sponsor fails to ship the G/C prize and it is not available for purchase at or below the manufacturers suggested retail price, Every Kind of Mom. com reserves the right to substitute G/C prize for the cash value, payable in U.S. Dollars. Cash Value of individual prize is deemed to be the manufacturers current suggested retail price. In such case that any of the above should occur, however, direct contact and up to date information will be maintained and given to the contest winner by Every Kind of Mom.
Entrering into any GiveAway or Contest hosted by Every Kind of Mom contitutes acceptance of the above GiveAway Rules and Terms. All decisions are final. Immediate family of person’s employed by EveryKind of Mom are not eligilible for any prizes.
