
Ok, the 2012 New Year has found us, and among the most popular resolutions is that of losing weight and getting healthy. The problem? So many fad diets and ‘Super Foods’ claim to speed metabolisms and shrink belly fat, yet they don’t mention the actual rate at which they increase one’s metabolism, or how a single food can target a specific area of the body. More often than not, the change is minuscule at best, and the dieter is left disappointed.
